Purchase Procedure:
Graphic customization incurs an additional cost (€50 for simple colors and designs that are identical for both earpieces, or €40 per design for particularly complex and different designs for each earpiece). The delivery time is between 5–10 business days.
Warranty: 30 days on the precise fit of the earpieces, 1 year for material or manufacturing defects on both the external shell and electronic components. (Exclusions from the warranty include IEM breakage due to misuse and consumable materials such as cables).
Choose the product and its features: 1) color, 2) model (closed or semi-open), 3) style (transparent or solid color). Prices exclude VAT (22%) and shipping costs (€15 within Italy).
Make the payment via PayPal to pagamenti@eartronik.it, or by bank transfer (recipient: Eartronik srl, via Rocco De Zerbi 13/7 - 00128 Rome (RM); Banca del Fucino, Sora branch; IBAN: IT11B0312474600000000232573).
Take your ear impressions (see the “ear impression” section) and send them in a well-protected package to: Eartronik srl, via Apuania 35 - 00162 Rome (RM). In the Lazio region, we can arrange the ear impressions directly with our specialized audiologist.
Include your personal contact details (phone and email), any billing information, and the specifications of your chosen product: color, model (closed or semi-open), style (transparent or solid color).
Once received, the impressions will be checked, and we will confirm if everything is okay to proceed with manufacturing your items.
When your product is ready, it will be shipped to the address you provided via DHL courier.
Your earpieces will be accompanied by a purchase receipt or invoice.
